The first step will be a 30-minute initial intake call. The call is FREE and there is no obligation or yucky sales pitches to endure if you decide not to commit. We’ll talk about your current business goals and challenges and you can get to know me and my approach a little better over a cup of coffee via video conference. 

If you choose not to proceed, we’ll part as friends, no hard feelings. But if you do, I’ll send an invoice for 50% of the project total (the remaining 50% will be due before final delivery), get you in the schedule, and send over all of your homework materials
