How are the audits performed?

We’ll start with either an email or Skype discussion about your concerns, and then I’ll review your site and possibly your analytics software.

I take screen captures of the areas I’m reviewing and provide you with annotations that are easy to follow.

Recommendations won’t just be my personal opinions and preferences, but will be based on research and best practices in the areas of conversion optimization and website usability.

Your report will be delivered to you via .pdf.

After you review your baseline audit, if you feel you need a deeper dive into any area, I’ll provide you with a quote and we can carry on.

How long will it take?

Your audit will take approximately 3 hours.

The first review is designed to catch big red flags that will make the biggest impact when you make the suggested changes.

My goal will be to have your report delivered to you within 2 business days from the time it’s scheduled.

What areas do you focus on?

The areas I focus on will depend on your most urgent problems. I may peform technical tests, look for insights about your traffic, or review your design and copywriting.

How much does it cost?

The baseline audit is $197 with a 50% non-refundable deposit required, and 50% due upon delivery. If you’re not absolutely psyched with the valuable and actionable information you learn, I won’t charge you for the final 50% and we’ll part as friends.
